- The FREE music festival returns to Wilmslow town centre in June, backed by local businesses.
Wilmslow, Cheshire, May 2025: Commercial property specialist, Orbit Developments, has been announced as the headline sponsor for this year’s Wilmslow Live flagship event, a festival of live music and community spirit.
Excitement is building for the return of the town’s vibrant, family-friendly live music festival, which is back for its second year on Saturday 21st June 2025.
The free-to-attend, open-air event will transform Bank Square in the heart of Wilmslow into a buzzing celebration of performance and family entertainment. Following the success of its 2024 debut, this year’s festival promises even more – from incredible local talent and live acts to fun activities that will bring together the community.
Organised by Wilmslow’s Way Better – a programme funded by the Wilmslow Business Improvement District (BID) – the event is backed by one of the UK’s largest commercial property companies, Orbit Developments, and is the highlight of the town’s summer schedule.

Festival Highlights:
- Live music from 12pm to 7pm on the Main Stage in Bank Square
- Acts include Black Sheep Lad, Siren Sounds Choir, Nancy Uke, Liam Paul, Apollo, and Sax Goddess, with more artists and surprise guests to be announced
- Family fun zone featuring free activities like mini crazy golf, balloon modelling, bubbleologists, stilt walkers and more
- Street food vendors and a dedicated food zone sponsored by Langricks’ Accountancy
